By submitting this form, you agree and consent to your personal data which you provide to StartUpAfrica (“SUA”) in this form being processed, collected, used, disclosed and/or retained by SUA and its members, officers, employees, servants, agents, representatives and sub-contractors for (a) the purposes of administering the Event and in relation to your participation in the same, (b) promotional, marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Event and SUA generally, (c) for SUA’ conduct of research, analysis and development activities (including data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance SUA’ programme offerings and operations, and (d) reference and archival purposes, in accordance with SUA’ policies and processes relating to personal data protection.

During this event, SUA may take photographs/videos of you which may be posted to social media and on the organization’s website. By registering for and attending this event, you agree to the use of images in photographs for this purpose. Additionally, other event attendees may take photographs and post said photographs to social media. SUA shall not be responsible for photographs/videos taken and/or shared by other event attendees.
